Yes, once you sign in. Open Profile and sign in with Google on Android, or with Apple on iPhone and iPad. Your level bests and stars in both universes, your season standings and Premium follow that account to any device where you sign in with it. Muzu's outfit and your settings stay on the device you chose them on. Guests keep their progress on that one device, which is fine until the device is not.

Open Profile, tap Unlock on the Premium card, then tap Restore purchases. Premium belongs to the App Store or Google Play account that bought it, so make sure that account is signed in on the device. If it still refuses to appear, email us with the store receipt and we will sort it out.

Unlimited hints with no waiting, every level of every shape, all eight sound worlds and Muzu's full wardrobe. Take it monthly, yearly or once for life; the subscriptions renew until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account. Spin-It has no ads, Premium or not, and Classic, the weekly seasons and every sky are free for everyone.

Drag anywhere on the screen and let go to turn, or press the two turn keys below the board. In Settings under Controls you can swap the keys for a slider, flip which key turns which way, or try the experimental Tilt to turn and lean the phone instead. The Controls key on the play screen opens the same switches without leaving the board.

Shapes is the second universe: every letter, every digit and a gallery of pictures, each cut into a board of its own. The first level of every shape is free for everyone. Premium opens the rest of each shape, one level after another, and the first time a new mechanic appears the game stops to show you how it works.

You start with three, shared across the whole game. Spending one asks the game's solver for the best route from exactly where you are and shows it on the board, with no judgement whatsoever. A hint costs a few points on that solve. Hints do not refill with each level. When they run out, three more come back after a wait: two minutes the first time, then an hour, then a day if you keep running out. A day after your last wait began, it starts again from two minutes. They cannot be bought one by one, but Premium makes them unlimited, with no waiting. Your balance stays on the device you play on.

Two things do that. Spikes end a run on contact, which Muzu will confirm. And when she lands somewhere the goal can no longer be reached from, the game ends the run for you instead of letting you spin in circles for an hour. Try again, and pick a different first move.

Each week brings seven days of boards, three a day: easy, medium and hard. Everyone gets the same boards, and the week has its own standings table. The season door opens once you have met every mechanic in Classic. Play a day's three boards in any order, but only on that day: a day you skip is gone, and only your first solve of a board counts. When the week ends the table is decided and a fresh week begins, with no memory of your past mistakes.

There are two switches under Notifications in the app's Settings. Season reminders schedules a nudge on your device itself, in the evening of a day when you have not played any of that day's boards; reminders start once the season door is open. Notifications is for occasional announcements from us. Check that the switch you want is on, and that your phone allows Spin-It to notify you at all. If Settings says Blocked in system settings, that is your phone saying no. On Android, battery-saver modes can hold a reminder back for a while.

Email us with the name as it appears and, if you can, a screenshot. We remove names and photos that break the Terms, and we do it with a certain amount of relish.

Your name and photo come from the Google or Apple account you signed in with. Change them there and they update in Spin-It the next time you sign in. If your account shares no name, or you play as a guest, Spin-It gives you an automatic nickname such as Nova-7KQ. It cannot be changed, but it is honestly quite a good name.

Open Profile and tap Reset on the Progress card. It erases every level, star and best score, on the device and in your account, and sends you back to the very first world. The account itself stays, and so does your row on the leaderboard, back at zero. Your season standings are not touched.

Open Profile, scroll to the Account card at the bottom and tap Delete. Everything the account holds goes with it. The full list, and how to ask by email instead, is on the Delete account page. We will miss you, but we will not make it weird.

Settings has a Reduce motion switch that calms the board down. Haptics can be switched off or set to Light, Normal or Strong. Music and effects each have their own switch and volume, Muzu's voice has its own switch, and Mute silences the lot.
