Email mazren.labs@gmail.com. Tell us your device, which store you installed from, and what you were doing when it all went sideways. A screenshot helps enormously. We reply within a few days, faster if Muzu is involved.
Things people ask
Does my progress follow me around?
Yes, once you sign in. Open Profile and sign in with Google or Apple. Your level bests, season standings, Pro status and Muzu's outfit live in the cloud and show up on any device where you sign in with the same account. Guests keep their progress on that one device, which is fine until the device is not.
I reinstalled and Pro vanished. Help.
Open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases. Pro belongs to the App Store or Google Play account that bought it, so make sure that account is signed in on the device. If it still refuses to appear, email us with the store receipt and we will sort it out.
How do hints actually work?
You start with three, shared across the whole campaign. Spending one asks the game's solver for the best next spin from exactly where you are, which it will tell you with no judgement whatsoever. Hints do not refill with each level. When they run out, watching a short ad brings three back. They cannot be bought, and your balance stays on the device you play on.
The board ended while Muzu was still on it. Rude.
Two things do that. Thorns end a run on contact, which Muzu will confirm. And when the ball reaches a spot from which the goal can no longer be reached, the game ends the run for you instead of letting you spin in circles for an hour. Undo or reset, and try a different first move.
How do weekly seasons work?
Each week brings seven days of boards, three a day, with its own standings table. The season door opens once you have met every mechanic in the campaign. Play a day's three boards in any order, but only on that day: a day you skip is gone, and a board counts the first time you solve it. When the week ends the table is decided and a fresh week begins, with no memory of your past mistakes.
My phone is not nagging me about seasons.
There are two switches in the app's Settings. Season reminders schedules a nudge on your device itself, in the evening of a day when you have not solved any of that day's boards. Notifications is for occasional announcements from us. Check that the switch you want is on, and that your phone allows Spin-It to notify you at all. On Android, battery-saver modes can hold a reminder back for a while.
Someone on the leaderboard has a name I would rather not read.
Email us with the name as it appears and, if you can, a screenshot. We remove names and photos that break the Terms, and we do it with a certain amount of relish.
How do I change my name or photo?
Your name and photo come from the Google or Apple account you signed in with. Change them there and they update in Spin-It the next time you sign in. If your account shares no name, or you play as a guest, Spin-It gives you an automatic nickname such as Nova-7KQ. It cannot be changed, but it is honestly quite a good name.
How do I delete my account?
From Profile in the app, tap Delete account. Everything it holds goes with it. The full list, and how to ask by email instead, is on the Delete account page. We will miss you, but we will not make it weird.
The game feels too fast or too shaky.
Settings has a Reduce motion switch that calms the board down, and a haptics slider for the buzzing. Music, effects and Muzu's voice each have their own volume, so you can mute the one that is bothering you and keep the rest.
